The Guichet is based on a multimodal approach with three pillars, making it accessible from at 360°:
Online Guichet
The online portal is a central point of access to information on inclusive education, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It offers content tailored to different audiences, as well as access to online procedures.
Mobile Guichet
The mobile helpdesk travels throughout the country to meet with the public. It participates in events, visits schools and adapts its activities to the needs of the public.

The remote Guichet offers the possibility to schedule a personal, face-to-face meeting.
